Before the show, I made early dinner reservations at Orchard City Kitchen in downtown Campbell. We had been meaning to visit this restaurant, as it was mentioned by the Michelin Guide, but it was difficult to reserve. I managed to snag a table at 5:15 p.m.
When we arrived at the plaza, we had difficulty finding parking, so we circled around until a spot opened up. We parked and were seated inside the restaurant. The menu was provided inside an envelope.
We ordered the following dinner items:
- Korean Fried Chicken (KFC)
- Tempura Artichoke Hearts
- Bone Marrow Pasta
The dishes were fantastic, but picking the most outstanding dish was hard. I really liked the Bone Marrow Pasta and the Korean Fried Chicken.
After dinner, we drove 15 minutes to watch Cirque du Soleil's Kooza in the big outdoor tent in East San Jose. The show was excellent, with fantastic and elaborate acrobatic stunts.
According to ChatGPT:
KOOZA is a touring Cirque du Soleil production that celebrates the essence of traditional circus — featuring astonishing acrobatics, classic clowning, daring stunts, whimsical characters, and vibrant visuals — all woven together with more theatrical storytelling than a typical circus performance.
