Dirt biking at Hollister Hills SVRA

It's been a while since I rode my Yamaha WR250F off-road motorcycle, and I decided to refresh my skills with a ride in Hollister Hills SVRA. The weather was promising to be hot (90+ F), and I decided to leave early to enjoy the rides until it got unpleasant.

When I arrived around 9:40 a.m., Hollister Hills SVRA looked pretty empty. I am used to seeing it buzzing with activity, but it was almost "dead." Since it was the start of the "green sticker" riding season, all the two-stroke and newer performance bikes were not allowed to ride.

I decided to ride my usual assortment of trails:
  • Harmony Road (Great, easy warm-up trail)
  • Rancho Road
  • Lodge Track
  • Four Corners
  • Middle Field with Tank offshoot
I recorded my rides with my new GoPro Hero 6 Black, using 4K with stabilization on my chest. The videos do look better now!
